Which one of us doesn’t want to travel through time and have our 16-year-old skin again? Unfortunately, that’s not an option. On the other hand, we can use some methods and products to give our skin a youthful and energetic look.
This guide, prepared with easy exercises and anti-wrinkle creams, aims to take just a few minutes of versatile care of your skin every day.
Effective skin care
The principles of a good skin care regimen have not changed since our grandmothers’ time: cleansing, toning, moisturizing and feeding are the cornerstones of skin care. What’s changed is the products and their ingredients. Skin care products no longer protect your skin from external influences, but also minimize signs of aging.
Anti-aging heroes contain many substances. The Event’s Regenerist 3 Dots is based on the power of three basic substances:
- Vitamins E and B5: Both are extremely powerful antioxidants that protect the skin from free radicals and therefore signs of premature aging. By strengthening the skin tissue, they minimize stress caused by external influences, such as sun and air pollution. They also protect the skin from inflammation. Vitamin E helps calm and moisturize the skin, while B5 prevents acne and surface deterioration. For stronger, healthier skin, dna, cell and collagen levels are also needed to protect them, which also fight against age-causing collagen disorders.
- Niacinamide: A water soluble derivative of vitamin B3, this substance reduces the skin’s resistance to moisture and protects the skin by increasing its natural collagen levels. This strengthens the skin and gives it a soft appearance. Moreover, this substance also contributes to cellular regeneration.
- Peptides: Peptides, which we can define as microscopic protein molecules, moisturize and strengthen the corneum layer, which is the outer layer of skin.
Don’t say skin gymnastics!
In an age of expensive and difficult-to-use care products, it’s hard to believe there’s a number of exercises that will revitalize your skin in just a few minutes. However, exercising your facial muscles stimulates blood circulation, allowing your skin to breathe comfortably. In this way, the layers of your skin are renewed by taking oxygen. That’s why laughter is good not only for your soul, but also for your skin. Three minutes of laughter relaxes your neck and revives the colors of your lips and cheeks.
